It's So Hard To Say Goodbye...

Zach and Jenn used to go to LOTS and LOTS of Sacramento Kings games...you know, before they had kids!  Once the babies were born it was harder and harder to go.  Tyler has gone to one game (or two) with Grandpa Gary.  He even met the cheerleaders!

Tyler had played basketball this year and he got really into it.  He mentioned wanting to see the Kings play in a real game, and with rumors that they were going to leave Sacramento we decided it would be a good time to go watch them play.  Zach was out of town, so we asked Grandpa to accompany us again.
The kids and I got dressed up in purple and were ready to be BIG TIME fans!
Our tickets had a special meal deal, so by the time Jenn got the hot dogs and drinks the game was about to begin.  Don't know why Lucy looks so angry here, but maybe the person singing the national anthem didn't do well...  Who knows?!

The kids ate their hot dogs and drinks, asked for cotton candy, and then later wanted popcorn.  They might have enjoyed the food more than the actual game.  Which was a pretty good game, other than the score at the end...
 Goooo Kings!
